If you fancy a bit of wine tasting while in Southern Tasmania then we would like to welcome you to our cellar door where Puddleduck Vineyard wines are available for tasting and sales between the hours of 10am to 5pm - 7 days a week.

Puddleduck Vineyard is a small family owned vineyard in the Coal River Valley near Hobart.

The beautiful Coal River Valley is only a 20 minute scenic drive from Hobart's CBD on the way to the Historic town of Richmond or Tasmania's East Coast. If visiting Port Arthur for the day or on your way to the Hobart Airport, the Coal River Valley wine region is only a short detour on the way.

Due to the high demand for our beautiful hand crafted wines, they are only available at our cellar door or here via the ordering facility on our website.

Puddleduck Vineyard currently produces Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Bubbleduck Sparkling, Chardonnay, Rose, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. – Wines are hand crafted using the traditional methods of hand harvesting and cane pruning as we know that good wine is made in the vineyard.

Weddings ceremonies and receptions are possible with the use of marquees (in case of bad weather) site fees begin at $500.
