This fine-feathered Puddleduck Muddleduck has been hand-crafted from 100% Merlot grapes nurtured and grown in the Coal River Valley.
Fermented in this bottle and on lees for 14 months, using traditional methods, our sparkling merlot also spent a few months in French Oak barriques to add extra complexity.
Sweet spice mixed with luscious mulberry aromas and a clean finish creates a lovely refreshing wine particularly suited to compliment meats such as chicken, turkey, ham and pork.
