Puddleduck Bubbleduck 2009

Yet another super sparkling to add to the Puddleduck range!

This one has spent 24 months on lees and is made from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. This wine is made in the traditional method – the same way that the top French Champagnes are, and lovingly made with handpicked grapes in a dry style that will compliment any special occasion.

Tiny fine bead (bubbles), and a hint of colour from its predominant Pinot /Chardonnay blend, and a great nose of citrus.

Almost astringent on the palate, so refreshing, crisp and clean.

It is perfect for those special occasions and "just because" moments. Enjoy as a starting wine for a special occasion.
