Taking over 2 years to create, our sparkling is made in the Traditional Method meaning it is fermented in the bottle it ends up in.

Tiny fine bead (bubbles), just a hint of colour from its predominant Pinot /Chardonnay blend, and a great nose of citrus.

Almost astringent on the palate, so refreshing, crisp and clean.

It is perfect for those special occasions and "just because" moments. Enjoy as a starting wine for a special occasion.
