Puddleduck Verjuice 2010

Its back! Made from the juice of unripe grapes this fabulous product is generally used where lemon juice or vinegar is required.

In particular salad dressings, marinades, poaching, deglazing pans, etc - however it doesn't have such an acidic bite.

Being completely non alcoholic we have discovered another fantastic use for it.

AFD's (Alcohol Free Days) put a nip over ice and top up with soda.

Absolutely fabulous - great for anyone wanting to still feel a bit "naughty" i.e. having something alcoholic when actually you are not.
