Our best yet. Darren did a fair bit of work in the vineyard for this one by lowering fruiting levels to 4 1/2 tonnes per hectare.
It is robust with intense colour and flavour.
It has beautiful summer berry flavours with a subtle hint of meatiness from some new clones of pinot Darren has selected in recent years.
Enjoy this wine with foods such as dishes with mushrooms, poultry, (duck in particular) pasta and lighter red meats such as pork. Cellar for up to 8 years if you wish.
