Puddleduck Verjuice

Puddleduck Verjuice

Primarily used in cooking in place of vinegar, wine or lemon juice in recipes. Some examples are using it in salad dressings, marinades, poaching fish and chicken, de-glazing pans, also in risotto and pouring over fruit salad to stop things going brown. At Puddleduck we use it as a spritzer as it makes a fabulous refreshing drink as well, just pour it over ice and top up with soda or mineral water and add a sprig of mint. Once opened keep refrigerated for up to 6 weeks. Made from unripe grapes that have been crushed, pressed and sterile filtered - just as nature intended!

 Please enjoy our wines responsibly.
