Primarily used in cooking in place of vinegar, wine or lemon juice in recipes. Some examples are using it in salad dressings, marinades, poaching fish and chicken, de-glazing pans, also in risotto and pouring over fruit salad to stop things going brown. We use it as a spritzer as it makes a fabulous refreshing drink as well, just pour it over ice and top up with soda or mineral water and add a sprig of mint. Once opened keep refrigerated for up to 6 weeks. Made from unripe grapes that have been crushed, pressed and sterile filtered - just as nature intended!
